Welcome to BML Information Technology

IT Services:

BML Information Technology staff support an array of network services for faculty, staff, students and visitors. BML network clients have access to file and print services, wireless and wired network access and managed antivirus software.

When seeking information technology support at BML please thoroughly review the BML IT Service Level Agreement.

BML IT Customer Service

BML IT serves as a centralized point of contact for all computing issues. IT endeavors to enable clients through quality service to enhance the capability and productivity of Lab personnel in support of the BML Mission.

Requests for computer installations, maintenance, problem resolution, system changes, or related questions for any of the systems, technologies, or support listed in this document should be directed to:
