Get out and explore the beautiful world of grasses, sedges, and forbs, and the animals they support: butterflies, bees, raptors, owls, voles, weasels, badgers, deer, elk and others. Local hiking trails for enjoying coastal prairie include: Bodega Head Trail and Kortum Trail, see Sonoma Coast State Beach.
